WALK FOR 30 MINUTES CAN REDUCE OBESITY, DIABETES AND RISK OF CANCER



Walking is a magic pill. Expert said, it’s can prevent premature death.
Recently at the British Science Festival Dr James reveals this theory. He surprised the audience by presenting the countless benefits of a walking that could continue healthy living and improve excellence of life. Walking is capable to avoid obesity and diabetes, risk of some cancers. It also relieves depression and anxiety by 40 per cent.
Walking can superior the aptitude to think and reason, slowed the succession of Alzheimer’s disease, cut arthritic pain by 50 per cent, boosted energy levels, reduced fatigue and led to a 23 per cent lower risk of dying.
Dr James also said, ‘You can get all of these health benefits; you can get a reduction in all of these diseases that are associated with ageing, by just keeping active, by walking for half an hour a day.
